Technical Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach
  • Qualify leads based on their business needs and potential fit
  1. Product Demonstrations
  • Present and demonstrate ERP SaaS solutions to prospective customers
  • Clearly articulate product value, features, and benefits
  1. Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  1. Relationship Management
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to encourage renewals and upsells
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns
  1. Market Feedback & Reporting
  • Provide regular feedback to the product and marketing teams regarding market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis
  • Track and report sales activities and metrics in CRM systems

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (software/technology sales preferred)
  • Solid understanding of ERP systems and/or SaaS platforms
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Proven track record in relationship building and client management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
